Commercial Kitchen Assembly

Flat-pack and custom cabinetry, millwork, counters and equipment — assembled on site, installed level and sealed, ready for your inspection.

What we do

Kitchen packages arrive as a pallet of boxes and a diagram. Somebody has to turn that into a working kitchen, on schedule, without damaging finishes that were installed the week before. We assemble on site, install to the drawing, and scribe to the walls you actually have rather than the ones on the plan.

  • Flat-pack and custom cabinet assembly
  • Millwork, counters and stainless work surfaces
  • Shelving, racking and storage systems
  • Appliance placement, levelling and securing
  • Toe kicks, fillers, trims and scribing to existing walls
  • Packaging and pallet removal from site

How the project runs

1

Drawings & Delivery Check

We review the layout and check the delivery against the packing list before anything is opened.

2

Assembly

Units are built in a staging area to keep the finished space clear of packaging and off-cuts.

3

Install & Level

Cabinets are set, levelled, secured and scribed, then counters and equipment go in.

4

Handover

Doors and drawers adjusted, silicone finished, and every box and pallet removed from site.

What you get

  • A kitchen assembled to the drawing, not improvised on the day
  • Damaged or missing parts flagged early, while there is still time to reorder
  • Cabinet doors and drawers adjusted so they sit true
  • A clean space at handover — no flat-pack cardboard left behind
