Construction dust is not ordinary dust. It is drywall and silica, it settles into every track, vent and light fixture, and it keeps reappearing for days if the first clean was superficial. We work in the order the trade requires — debris out, rough clean, then a final detail clean once the last tradesperson has left.
We scope the space, the finish types and the handover date, then quote in writing.
